Olivian Groves combines the heart of a farmer with the structure of a modern, highly equipped agricultural venture. Having more than 40.000 olive trees in our possession – traditional groves, with mature trees, sometimes hundreds of years old – we have learned to value the nurturing of each root, preventing traditional orchards from abandonment.
Beginning from our groves and ending to each last drop of precious liquid from our awarded bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we are trying to connect the rest of the world with this liquid gold!

Sustainability
Following in the footsteps of generations before us and devoted to shaping a greater future for the ones about to come, we strive to make our promise for zero waste a reality. Starting with the olive stones that we loyally upcycle and making the most of the soil we cultivate, our aim is to turn each and every step of production into a shift towards a completely sustainable practice.
With 360° control from root to bottle, we combine traditional groves, which naturally consume less energy and have a smaller CO₂ footprint, with Best Agricultural Practices. Manual work remains dominant, ensuring that every tree is cared for with attention and expertise (Global G.A.P. Certified).
We preserve local biodiversity and traditional orchards while sustaining regional employment, maintaining consistent and fair partnerships that strengthen the local economy.
In addition, we have constructed modern staff accommodation, fully equipped with all amenities to ensure our land workers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment.
Our fields are equipped with automated irrigation systems, weather stations, and fully integrated cultivation data collection, allowing us to make precise, targeted interventions. Olivian Groves blends heritage, care, and innovation to craft exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honoring the land and its people.
